Successful Change in Move to The Hasson Company Realtors

Gardner makes a very successful change in move to the Hasson Company!

For years Jason H. Gardner was John L. Scott’s #1 Producer for the Sherwood office in addition to John L. Scott’s TOP 1% Producers throughout the entire company.  In fact, Jason’s performance alone had ranked Sherwood John L. Scott the #1 company in town – until his move to The Hasson Company.

You don’t have to drive far to find one of Jason Gardner’s real estate signs.  Whether it’s throughout Sherwood neighborhoods, one of his land signs that dot the countryside or the communities surrounding Sherwood where he services, they’re still there but now bear the Hasson sign alongside his name.

With changes in the real estate climate and industry, one very important thing will always remain the same.  Putting yourself in a positive position to better serve clients.

It’s all about positive change and while the Gardner Team continues to spend more and do more marketing in a down market, we wanted to secure our clients position by surrounding ourselves with a highly-productive real estate company that is doing the same.  Investing in our clients, the business and future.

After weeks of evaluating respectable companies trying to recruit our team, Jason chose without hesitation to make the move to The Hasson Company.  A locally owned and operated full-service brokerage founded on principles, The Hasson Company Realtors has achieved its longevity and stability through a healthy business model and smart business practices. Consistently coming in first in the nation for average sales volume per agent, Hasson Company Realtors is the only locally owned and operated full-service real estate company in Oregon and Southwest Washington that competes with regional and national firms.  Hasson also maintains being the “#1 Real Estate Brokerage in the Pacific Northwest!  *RIS Media 2010 Power Broker Report

Today, Jason remains the #1 ranked Realtor in the City of Sherwood and  has since 2008.  Hasson who has also secured their position as the #1 real estate company in the Pacific Northwest now adds Sherwood to the list of communities where they outrank local and national companies.

Aside from our affiliation with the best company in the area, Hasson Company Realtors offers distinct advantages we couldn’t offer before and many advantages you just won’t find with any other local, regional or national real estate agency.  Committed to your success The Gardner Team has taken a step up by joining this elite company, proudly offering our clients even more.

If you’re looking for a Sherwood Realtor to help you in buying or selling your Sherwood home or property in the surrounding area,  you owe it to your self to interview our real estate team.  The proof is in the numbers, no other agent can truthfully say they sell more Sherwood real estate.  If working with positive group of professionals with a proven track record is important to you, give us a call and let’s talk about what The Gardner Team can provide and how we may be of service to you.

Refresh, Renew and Redecorate for Spring

Mother nature has a gentle way of reminding us of the changing seasons.  In the Portland area that pretty much always includes rain, but not with out the rich green Oregon backdrop with many tree lined streets bursting with bright pink cherry blossoms and colorful yards as the flowers begin to bloom.  Seems as though everything gets a new wind or springs to life this time of year, including the real estate market!  After all, spring is about renewal, growth, optimism and new beginnings and a great way to celebrate the season is right in your own surroundings.

What’s so fun about seasonal design is that it’s a win-win for everyone.  It can be done on any budget, it creates a space that’s good for the soul, it’s welcoming to guests, kids love it and when selling your home, this clean, redesigned space is also staging and staged homes sell faster… Especially in the spring!  So here we go, some quick and simple tips to transform your springtime space…

Refresh, renew and redecorate for springtime

  • Start with what you already have and reorder your space.
  • Remove, reorganize and redesign room by room…  If you haven’t already, this is an opportunity to spring clean on the go.
  • Keep your items of inspiration handy.  This time of year everyone likes to get tips and read up on home and garden – it makes great home decor too.
  • Move some furniture around and if you have too much, try removing some to open up your space for spring.
  • Cheap, Cheap is what the new birds say to spring and what designers agree about adding paint to create an inexpensive, dramatic change to your space.
  • Think cool and neutral colors to lighten up for spring and summertime.  Neutral colors appeal to more buyers as well.
  • Add some new color through the use of perfect accent pieces.  You can accomplish this with new pillows, rugs, candles, decor, art or paint.  Moss is also a GREAT accent in your glass holders and very spring.  Birds are one of the newest hottest items in decorating and add that perfect seasonal touch.

Tips to Spring into Organization

Have you ever heard the saying, “organized people are just to lazy to look for things?”  It sounds funny, but in reality it’s not just about being able to find things, peace of mind is also about how you look at it.

Spring is the ultimate season to take control of the house, spring clean and de-clutter.  A time when usually your home looks its absolute best, and for some, being show ready presents a great opportunity to be market ready for real estate’s netorious hot selling season.  Here’s some helpful tips to spring into organization!

Clear out the clutter

There’s no better place to start than somewhere so grab a couple keep & toss boxes (items you don’t use anymore can be great to donate) pick a room and let the organization begin…  Clutter on counters, in drawers and boxes can be so distracting.   Getting organized saves both time and space.  No matter what size area you have to work with you can implement a number of attractive ways to get organized, one way to add both function and design is through the use of a decorative basket or chest

Control high-traffic areas

An easy way to help control high-traffic areas is organizing entryways.  These catch-all spaces attract all kinds of things from shoes, backpacks, purses to sports equipment.  One easy way to help clear the road is to have baskets in place to keep it neat & tidy.  And when you have more than one person to organize in a household, consider having a basket for everyone in your family… These chalkboard pannels add a perfect personal touch.

Maybe for you being organized is just trying to make sure everyone is on the same page.  A great way to keep your schedules organized is with a family message board… Talk about cool communication!

Spruce it up

You can set the tone in your home beyond organization though the use of  colors, patterns fabrics and flow.  Springtime embodies the senses of crisp, clean and refreshing.  Spaces that are light and tranquil help evoke this friendly mood and to help you make that statement, check out this years “color of the year“.   When changing or adding to your seasonal decor, lighten it up by replacing ceramics with crystal and glass for that elegant springtime traditional or classy contemporary feel.  Looking for a happy medium?  Neutralize your space with Shabby Chic appeal – this is always a fun, easy way to go.
Always remember, getting organized now means controlling the maintenance later.  Wishing you a happy spring from your local home design and real estate team!

Today Jason was honored with the highest award given by John L.
