Make Room for the Pie!

I am blessed to know this wonderful woman filling the shoes as Sherwood’s home-made Dutch pastry chef – that’s why I had to share this amazing blog post and photos so you can get to know her too…

Santine De Roover runs an “amazing” pastry business, “De Roover Bakery” which is located right here in Sherwood Oregon. You can purchase her pastries directly or try one out at Sherwood Coffee Co. in Old Town Sherwood… If you should be so lucky to get your hands on one ♥ I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before she’s one of Oprah’s Favorite Things… Yes, it’s that good!

We can speak for the Dutch Apple Pie, Dutch Almond Buttercake and Mocha Brownies – they are each a slice of Heaven on earth! But don’t take our word for it, you shoud try a De Roover Pastry for yourself… You’ll see!

P.S. I heard through the grapevine that Santine will have some of her famous De Roover pastries for sale during the Sherwood Community Garage Sale event too! One more reason to come out and shop the Sherwood Garage Sales on Saturday June 26th and Sunday June 27th…. If you’re lucky, you just might get your hands on one!
