Lower interest rates = LOWER payments or MORE home!

With 30 year mortgage rates at the lowest point since 1971, this means big news for home buyers.  In fact, for those who were looking for a home when interest rates were at 5.5%, they can now buy 10% more home should they qualify and lock in at 4.5% and potentially maintain the same monthly payment – contingent upon taxes and insurance.  Now is a great opportunity on so many levels – there’s truly no better time to buy or sell.
